Egypt Stock Index Dips 66.85 Points

CAIRO, 27 October 2003 — Egyptian shares dipped in slow business yesterday, dragged down by weak results in Media Production City, dealers said. The benchmark Hermes index eased 66.85 points, or 0.6 percent, to a last quote of 11,305.38 points. The broader CIBC index dipped 0.32 points, or 0.38 percent, to a last quote of 83.74 points.
