RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s border guards in the Al-Ardah and Al-Dayer areas of Jazan have seized several loads of qat weighing 360 kg, the Saudi Press Agency reported late on Wednesday.
Qat is a stimulant chewed by users.
The government has urged people to report information they have about suspected drug smuggling and selling to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh and the Eastern Region, and 999 in other regions, or by email at [email protected].
