SAFCO’s Profit Rises to SR117m

JUBAIL, 19 April 2004 — Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SAFCO) has achieved a net profit of SR117 million for the first quarter of this year, compared with SR85 million for the same period last year. Muhammad Al-Madi, chairman of the board, said that profits for the first quarter increased by 38 percent compared with the same period last year.
