Oman Oil Signs Deal With Dolphin

ABU DHABI, 21 April 2004 — Dolphin Energy Limited yesterday announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Oman Oil Co. to supply natural gas to the sultanate. The understanding sets up a joint steering committee to negotiate a heads of agreement (HOA) and a sales and purchase agreement (GSPA) within the next 12 months. The committee will also set prices, quantities and dates for deliveries of gas to Oman, a statement said.
