SANAA, 6 August 2004 — Yemen’s Interior Ministry announced yesterday that it will exempt all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens from entry visa.
The ministry said in a press release yesterday that all GCC citizens will be allowed to enter Yemen free of charge without need for any permits.
Visa permits issued by special authorities at Yemeni airports were against $60 fee for each passport holder but now GCC citizens are to be exempted from such fees, the announcement said.
