The first Half Life 2 in Jeddah is ready for review. Firstly I would like to address the security system on HL2.

When installing the game you need to register the game to steam’s website and create an account there to validate that you have an original game. So good luck for you guys with a dial up connection, it should take you about an hour and a half until you can play the game. But once you past that, it’s all worth it….

The game can easily be identified as the best first person shooter game ever made. That goes for the single player and the multi-player. The game’s physics is far beyond any game that is released.

The game is divided into several chapters, and each chapter is huge! Each chapter feels like you’re playing a whole different game.

As for the Multi-Player, you first have to download a 30 mg mode for the game and play it while you are online for an hour or so. But once all the updates are downloaded to your machine you can play the game with your buddies on the LAN without a need for an internet connection.

The game uses the exact same engine as HL2, and plays perfectly without losing any of the weapons or elements from the game. A definite edge over Counter Strike: Source.

A must have game, even if you go through a lot of trouble trying to play it!

The Score: 9.7/10
