JEDDAH, 25 December 2004 — As part of the seven-day state mourning announced by the Indian government as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao who died in New Delhi on Thursday, a condolence book is kept open at the chancery conference room of the Consulate General of India from today. It will remain open till Monday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
