JEDDAH, 15 February 2005 — A reception desk for the Jeddah Economic Forum has been established at Jeddah Hilton for delegates to pickup their entrance badges for the 6th JEF being held at the hotel from Feb. 19-21.
Intending participants will be able to register, pay their fees and receive their badges from tomorrow through Friday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., according to Emad Mugharbel, CEO of Jeddah Marketing Board, which is organizing the three-day event.
“Only international guests may collect their badges immediately prior to the forum at the hotel’s reception desk between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.,” he said, adding that all delegates are required to present a formal personal identification document — passport or Saudi ID — for the purpose.
Registration can also be done through the forum website www.jef-info.com. More than 2,000 national and overseas delegates are expected to attend the event.
