IISJ Raises Relief Fund

JEDDAH, 24 February 2005 — International Indian School, Jeddah, students and staff have contributed 772,534 Indian rupees toward the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to help the victims of Dec. 26 tsunami that devastated parts of India and other Asian countries. The staff contributed a day’s salary toward the fund. The collection has been handed over to Consul General Ausaf Sayeed.
