Membership strengthens Saudi Arabia’s presence in global privacy forums and underscores its progress in implementing best practices for data security and individual privacy.
By joining the forum, the Saudi authority will participate in shaping global trends and addressing challenges within the personal data protection landscape.
The role aligns with the authority’s mandate to manage the national data portfolio and oversee the implementation of the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law, ensuring responsible data use while fostering international cooperation and expertise exchange.
