JEDDAH, 15 June 2005 — Al-Jawad Education Academy in Jeddah will hold two training seminars for business and sales executives, administrators and managers to help them achieve optimum performance and success in their respective career.

The first seminar titled “Customer delight” will be held at the academy’s training hall on June 19 while the second event focusing on “Organizational leadership” will take place at the same venue on June 20, the academy said.

The seminars are planned in association with the Center for Information & Guidance India (CIGI), a non-governmental, non-profit organization in Kerala that endeavors to promote excellence in education and human resource development and management.

K.M. Mustafa, secretary-general of CIGI’s Jeddah chapter, said the organization’s Executive Director N.V. Kabeer, who is an expert with successful track record of motivating executives and corporate leaders in the Middle East, would conduct both seminars.

The first seminar will focus on the concept of customer delight, how to handle difficult customers and art of delighting customers and give useful tips on organizing and enjoying the work, said Mustafa. “It will also discuss effective selling techniques,” he added.

“The second seminar is designed to build capacities and competencies required for a team-centered business leader,” Mustafa said. It will deal with topics such as delighted leader & follower relationship; art of planning, delegation, execution and appraisal; art of rewarding and reprimanding; and emotionally intelligent communication and inter-personal relationship, he explained.
