JEDDAH, 6 July 2005 — Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) board of directors approved paying dividends for the first half of 2005 of SR8 per share to the shareholders registered at the end of the June 30, 2005 trading day. Payment will begin on Saturday July 16. Shareholders can fill up a form to have the payments deposited directly into their bank accounts.
