JEDDAH, 10 July 2005 — The Capital Market Authority (CMA) board issued a warning to Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company for not complying with the date for announcing its annual financial report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2005. According to CMA regulations, “a company should forward to CMA and announce to the shareholders its annual financial report which has to be prepared and reviewed according to the accounting standards of the CMA for legal accountants. It should do so immediately once the reports are approved within a period that does not exceed 40 days from the end of the fiscal year.” Since this delay by the company is against regulations, the CMA will take steps to guarantee complete transparency.
