SR400m Commercial, Housing Tower Planned

JEDDAH, 31 July 2005 — Eewa Al-Derah for real estate development is currently studying to invest more than SR700 million in establishing number of residential units, Eqtisadiah reported. The project will be along Jeddah corniche and it is called Umm Al-Kheer Residential Project 2. Executive manager of the real estate development company said that the project would be the biggest residential project in the corniche with total cost of SR400 million.
