RIYADH, 29 August 2005 — Prince Miteb ibn Abdul Aziz, minister of municipality and rural affairs, signed contracts for 47 projects throughout the Kingdom, reported Al-Eqtisadiyah newspaper. Their total cost reached SR471.279 million. They include water projects in Makkah and Madinah; infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Qasim, Assir, Jizan, Aljouf, Hail, and Tabouk and a waste disposal project in the Eastern Province and Assir.
