JEDDAH, 8 September 2005 — Nashat M. Bukhari has been appointed as Amadeus Saudi Arabia’s new general manager. He will be heading a team of 18 people at Jeddah’s Amadeus Saudi Arabia headquarters and its branch offices in Riyadh and Alkhobar. Bukhari holds a degree in computer science and engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals of Dhahran, and has a technical and travel background. He developed his professional career in companies and organizations such as Petromin Services Co., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabian Airlines’ flight operations automation department, and the Arabi Automated Distribution Unit. “We’re committed to continue to offer Saudi travel agencies and airlines Amadeus’ state-of-the-art solutions as well as the highest level of service,” Sari Vahakoski, Amadeus’ director for MEA & CESE, said.
