35 Percent Pay Bills Through Banks

JEDDAH, 13 September 2005 — A research economic study on bank customer service centers revealed that 35 percent of bank customers pay their bill through banks and 1 percent through Internet, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported. The study also said that 17 percent of people pay their bills through ATM, 10 percent pay bills in customer service centers and 6 percent through phone service.
