RIYADH, 20 September 2005 — Commerce Minister Dr. Hashem Yamani announced the establishment of Kayan Petrochemical Company as a joint stock company, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported. The company’s capital of SR32 billion was divided into 64 million stocks valued at SR50 per share.
