Taiwan Trade Mission to Visit Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, 22 September 2005 — A Taiwanese business delegation is expected to visit Saudi Arabia tomorrow, according to Taipei Economic & Cultural Representative Office, Riyadh. The delegation will visit Riyadh and Jeddah to boost trade relations between the two countries and discuss means of further cooperation between them. In 2004, Taiwan exported $428 million worth of goods to Saudi Arabia and imported $5.6 billion worth of goods. The trade mission will be staying at Radisson SAS hotel in Riyadh from Sept. 24 to 25, and at Le Meridien in Jeddah from Sept. 27 to 28 to meet local businessmen.
