Businessman Denies Cancellation of Deal

JEDDAH, 22 September 2005 — Saudi businessman Ali Al-Shihri, the former owner of Al-Sharq Plastic Factory, has denied the cancellation of the factory’s sale to Savola Group, Madinah newspaper reported. He denied reports in local newspapers that the deal to with Savola had been canceled. Savola has legally bought the remaining shares of the factory with a total value of SR6.18 million.
