Al-Essa Sees 20% Rise in Investment

RIYADH, 9 October 2005 — Nasim Al-Disi, president of Al-Essa Company, said that the company’s investments exceeded SR200 million in 2004 and expects an increase in its investments by 20 percent this year. Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported that the company is increasing its presence in the Iraqi market through its seven agencies there and that the orders are mainly for air-conditioners, fridges and washing machines. Al-Disi added that the company is in the process of establishing a training center for Saudis in Riyadh.
