Tejoori Extends Initial Placement Deadline

DUBAI, 31 October 2005 — World’s first truly independent Shariah-compliant investment company, Tejoori Limited, has had to extend its initial placement deadline to include key strategic institutions. Tejoori Limited, the newly established international Islamic investment company launched on Oct. 10 has announced that the closing date for the private placement would be extended from Oct. 31 to Nov. 15, 2005. All shareholdings will be confirmed just prior to the private listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
