Jeddah Port Plans Electronic Network

JEDDAH, 22 November 2005 — The Jeddah Islamic Port is preparing an electronic network to connect the custom department with other government departments to speed up and ease procedures, Madinah newspaper reported. A source from the seaport said that this procedure would enable businesses to finish their procedures within half an hour. It will also save much more time and minimize human resources.
