Recently, Universal Car Rental Company Ltd, as franchisee in Saudi Arabia for Budget Rent a Car, was awarded the prestigious “Best Franchisee of 2004 Award” by Budget International. It was chosen for the award from all other franchisee operators of Budget International in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The criterion for the award was based on the highest customer satisfaction ratings, branded locations and professional skills evaluation. Budget Saudi Arabia successfully met all the requirements required for establishing and maintaining the highest degree of customer services. The award was received by the General Manager of Budget Saudi Arabia, Fawaz A. Danish, from Alun Cathcart, Chairman of Budget International, at the Budget annual ceremony held in Nice, France.
