JEDDAH, 13 December 2005 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah yesterday issued royal decrees explaining budget allocations for independent organizations. The decrees put the expenditures of mayoralties and municipalities at SR12.7 billion and revenues at SR1.82 billion. The government allocated SR10.89 billion to offset the difference, the Saudi Press Agency said.
The following are the projected revenues and expenditures of different organizations:
1. Saudi Ports Authority: Revenues SR2.06 billion and expenditure SR547.68 million.
2. Saudi Arabian Airlines: SR15.66 billion.
3. General Organization for Grain Silos and Flourmills: Revenues SR1.42 billion expenditures SR631.59 million.
4. Saline Water Conversion Corporation: SR2.98 billion.
5. Saudi Railway Organization: SR730.5 million.
6. Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu: SR4.02 billion.
7. Saudi Standards Organization: SR124.74 million.
8. Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority: SR98.16 million.
9. King Saud University: SR3.12 billion.
10. King Abdul Aziz University: SR1.9 billion.
11. King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals: SR780.96 million.
12. Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University: SR1.5 billion.
13. Madinah Islamic University: SR407.05 million.
14. King Faisal University: SR1.27 billion.
15. Um Al-Qura University: SR999.32 million.
16. King Khaled University: SR662.93 million.
17. Taiba University: SR345 million.
18. Qassim University: SR659.45 million.
19. Taif University: SR303 million.
20. Jizan University: SR151.37 million.
