Last month in Dubai, Sage ACCPAC Middle East, the largest provider of mid-market end-to-end business software solutions for Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), held its first annual partner summit since the Sage and Accpac merger and the merger of its local offices. The event was attended by over 30 partners from across the GCC and Levant and saw key partners being recognized for their performance at Sage’s 2005-2006 Partners Awards ceremony.
“Unlike past partner summits, this is the first time that Sage and ACCPAC came together as a unified unit, following the merger earlier this year. Sage ACCPAC’s all-new partner program, new support strategy and vision for the region were the main focus of the conference. This event was about sharing our plans for the future with our channel and thanking them for their contributions to our success,” said Marc Van der Ven, managing director, Sage ACCPAC ME.
As per annual tradition, Sage handed out both “Business Partner of the Year” and “Rising Star of the Year” awards, in the product categories: Sage Abra HRMS, Sage ACCPAC ERP & CRM, Sage CRM Saleslogix, Sage Line 500 ERP, ACT! and Sage Line 50.
