JEDDAH, 26 June 2006 — A free medical camp held at the Consulate General of Pakistan provided medical services to a large number of Pakistanis. A team of Pakistani doctors gave treatment to the patients. Consul General Masood Akhtar, who opened the camp on Friday, said patients with serious ailments would be provided full treatment and even funds would be arranged for the treatment of poor patients in future. He hoped that holding such camps would promote unity among members of the Pakistani community. The Pakistan Welfare Society that organized the camp will hold similar camps every alternate Friday.
