Wedding Throw-Down Interrupts Reception

TAIF, 5 July 2006 — A group wedding fell into disarray when women guests began bickering, then pushing, then punching when the mother of one of the brides took more than her allotted time in presenting her daughter in the reception, the daily Al-Watan reported yesterday. Other women guests intervened in the free-for-all throw-down among several ladies and managed to get the wedding back on track — probably with more than a few torn dresses, broken heels, and faces of smeared makeup.
