Philippine Consular Team to Visit EP Early Next Month

RIYADH, 24 October 2006 — A consular team will visit the Eastern Province on Nov. 2 and 3 to serve Filipinos in the area, according to the Philippine Embassy.

In Alkhobar, the team will hold office at the Al-Bustan Hotel from 9 a.m. - 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 2, and from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Nov. 3.

In Ras Tanura, the team will hold office at the Romansiah Hall from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Nov. 3 only.

The following services will be available:

• Passport renewal,

• Authentication of documents,

• Notarials,

• Report of Birth,

• Report of Marriage,

• Correction of clerical error in the birth certificate, and

• Re-acquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship.
