RIYADH, 11 March 2007 — Police arrested a group of men posing as police officers in order to rob foreign residents, an Arabic daily reported yesterday. Two Saudis and five other men of unreported nationalities were arrested in a sting operation. The men are believed to have been posing as police officers, complete with uniforms and targeting foreigners for robbery.
