MAKKAH, 11 March 2007 — Police arrested two African men of unknown nationality who allegedly confessed to committing 70 crimes, a local Arabic daily reported. The men are accused of breaking into parked vehicles and robbing them of their valuables, and in some cases stealing the cars themselves.
