Princess Adela Extols SABB’s Saudization Plan

RIYADH, 11 June 2007 — Princess Adela Bint Abdullah handed Majda Taher, senior manager, Human Resource Relations at SABB, a trophy and an appreciation letter in recognition of SABB’s efforts in supporting and encouraging Saudization programs and recruitment of Saudi women during the first career day organized by the women section at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Riyadh.

Women jobs at SABB are 100 percent Saudized, with women representing 14 percent of the total number of employees at the bank.

SABB has established 3 training centers, which are considered among the biggest and equipped with the state-of-the-art among local banks, to prepare annual training plans for the different sectors of the bank that includes new recruits, in addition to ongoing training for the bank’s employees.

The duration of the training programs for new employees ranges between 6 months and one year.
