Philippine Consular Team Gets Set for Visit to Eastern Province

JEDDAH, 17 June 2007 — A consular team from Riyadh will be visiting the Eastern Province on June 28-29 to render consular services to the Filipinos there, a Philippine Embassy statement said yesterday.

Led by Consul Romulo Victor M. Israel, the team will hold office at the Al-Bustan Hotel in Alkhobar. It will accept and process applications for passport renewal, authentication of documents, notarials, report of birth, report of marriage, correction of clerical error in birth certificates, and reacquisition or retention of Philippine citizenship.

On June 28, the mission will receive and process applications from 9 a.m.-12 noon and 1 p.m.-4 p.m. on Jan. 28, and from 9 a.m.-12 noon on Jan. 29.

Joining Israel are Attachés Eduardo Santos, Cotawato Arimao, Jamil Lim, Walter Villalobos, Dennis Gomez, Jonaline de Leon, and Acas Bayabao Jr.
