Rabigh to Host Refining Station

JEDDAH, 15 July 2007 — A $40 million contract is to be signed today with the American Refining Company to build the Middle East’s first Caustic Soda Refining Station in Rabigh. The contract is to be signed by Prince Turki ibn Nassir, general-president of the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment, and representatives of the American Refining Company. The station will be built on a 62,500 square meter plot of land and will be finished by the second quarter of 2008.
