PARIS, 6 September 2007 - Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company, has been bestowed the "Golden" medal by French Minister of Culture and Communication Christine Albanel during a ceremony held in Paris on Monday. The medal was awarded to Prince Alwaleed in recognition of his role as an advocate of bridging the gap between East and West for greater tolerance and understanding.
