LONDON, 6 November 2007 — Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, announced the sale of the Four Seasons Hotel, London for SR550 million. The sale of the hotel comes in light of KHC’s objectives to continue to monetize and extract value out of the company’s hotel portfolio.

Earlier this year, Alwaleed entered into a SR14 billion ($3.8 billion) deal with Bill Gates, owner of Cascade Investment, L.L.C., and Isadore Sharp, CEO of Four Seasons, to acquire the Four Seasons.

The Four Seasons Hotel, in Mayfair, London, reflects the luxuriously opulent accommodation in the area. The 219 rooms and suites at the hotel are elegantly decorated in English classic style and the most basic of suites comes with a parlor and bedroom, fresh flowers and palm trees. Four Seasons Hotel, London, is noted for its exemplary service.
