RIYADH, 21 May 2008 — Lt. Gen. Abdul Aziz ibn Muhammad Al-Hussein has been appointed commander of the Air Defense Force in place of Gen. Attiyah ibn Abdul Hameed Al-Taury, who has been retired. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah made the appointment on the recommendation of Crown Prince Sultan, who is deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation.
