RIYADH: Saudi Telecom Company (STC) recently completed work to raise its network capacity in the areas surrounding the mosques in Makkah and Madinah. The project involved establishing a number of new stations, expanding others, and extending the capacity of base control stations, switchboards and signal and communication systems.
Mobily unveils new discount from today
RIYADH: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced yesterday a special discount of 60 percent to its subscribers on all their local or international calls after the third minute. In a statement, Mobily said that both prepaid and postpaid subscribers (Except Rahal package) will benefit from the discount during the offer, which starts today. The discount applies to local and international calls, in or outside the peak periods, and includes the local and international preferred numbers.
