STC makes special offer to Haj pilgrims

RIYADH: The Saudi Telecommunication Company (STC) has launched two types of SAWA Haj SIM cards for the Haj season. One card is of SR40 that comes with a balance of SR50 and the other is a prepaid card of SR150 with a balance of SR50 along with a new LG or Samsung mobile handset. STC has limited the validity of these SIM cards until Feb. 29. The new offer, based on STC’s study of the financial standing of various Haj pilgrims, is so designed that they do not have to bear an additional financial burden.
