RIYADH: A world-class affordable real estate “Al-Gamra project” was launched by Injaz Development Company, a Riyadh-based master developer and investment giant, yesterday.
The 2.5 million sq. meter project will offer tailor-made housing plots according to the Kingdom’s specific requirements. Addressing a press conference, Omar Abdullah Al-Kadi, Injaz managing director, unveiled the project and said “Injaz is finalizing the project details including the development plans, the timeline for sales and delivery of the plots at the moment.”
Al-Kadi said Injaz and its projects such as Al-Gamra and Marina in the Eastern Province would bring a new momentum and introduce new quality into the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia. He pointed out that there was a general consensus about the need for new real estate solutions to meet the growing demands for housing in the Kingdom. He promised that Injaz would come up with innovative and more customer-friendly solutions.
The Injaz chief also underlined the role of the company as a master developer in the Kingdom. “What we intend to do as master developer is to ensure that our sites are developed fully for urban housing and modern community life,” he added. This means that the company will ensure the provision of world-class infrastructure and community amenities for residents, such as roads, power supply, telecommunication, water systems and recreation facilities, he explained.
Spelling out the salient features of the project, Al-Kadi said that Al-Gamra Project would be in the vicinity of several key government-owned projects that are located or being relocated in the north of the city. In addition, the location also offers easy access to the airport, major hospitals and universities. He said that Injaz would combine innovative Shariah-compliant solutions, international quality standards and sustainability principles to offer the customer optimum value for investments.
