IAF plane crash kills all 13

GWAHATI: An official yesterday said that all 13 Indian troops on board a missing military transport plane have been found dead in the country’s northeast. Ranjit Sahu, an air force spokesman, said a search team of army and paramilitary soldiers found the wreckage of the Soviet-made AN-32 aircraft yesterday, a day after it went missing near the Chinese border. Sahu says the bodies of seven Indian Air Force personnel and six army soldiers were recovered. The cause of the accident was not known.
