JEDDAH: Following the renovation of King Abdulaziz International Airport’s north and south terminals, the airport authority has launched a survey to ascertain how much travelers are satisfied with services.

The results of the survey, which began on Saturday, will be used in a future project to further develop airport services.

Students from both public and private schools have been employed to get members of the public to fill in questionnaires. The students were given prior training.

The survey includes questions about the suitability of roads leading to the terminal, car parks, handling of luggage, immigration desks, customs, security checks, food and screens displaying arrival and departure information.
