JAZAN: Two men have been seriously injured into two separate shooting incidents in this southern city, according to police reports.
In the first incident a young Saudi was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. The man told police that he was injured while playing with a cousin who accidentally pulled the trigger of a pistol he had with him. Police arrested the cousin who said he had no idea that the gun was loaded.
The second incident happened in a nearby village when a young Yemeni expatriate shot his cousin in the hip in a family dispute. Lt. Col. Awad Al-Qahtani, spokesman for Jazan police, said the gunman was arrested and is being questioned.
