MAKKAH: The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Makkah arrested two men who have been accused of repeatedly raping a young boy and then blackmailing him with images of the crime in order to keep him quiet and lure him back for more sexual abuse. The authorities did not provide the ages of the men and the boy. They said one of the men, whom they also did not identify, was a foreign resident who could not produce an iqama. According to the commission, the men used the images to lure the child back for repeated offenses under the threat of publicizing the images. The commission did not say how many times he was lured back to the men before he went to his father for a way out. The commission set up a sting and the men were arrested when the boy returned to them.
