Outstanding year for BISESJ

JEDDAH: The results of the University of Cambridge International Examinations for A Levels and IGCSEs confirm yet another year of impressive academic attainment by the students of the Bangladesh International School-English Section Jeddah (BISESJ) in Jeddah. A total of 76 students sat the exam. 76 percent of the candidates for GCE A Level were awarded Grades A-C, of which 39 percent achieved Grade A. 86 percent of candidates for AS level achieved Grades A-C. 99 percent of candidates passed the IGCSE overall with 90 percent achieving Grades A* — C and 55 percent achieving A* and A grades.
