JEDDAH: The government departments will work five hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during Ramadan, the Ministry of Civil Service said on Monday.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has urged the public to look for the new Ramadan crescent to determine the beginning of the holy month. “The Supreme Court wants Muslims all over the Kingdom to look for the new moon on Thursday evening,” the court said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
