Four arrested over thefts

QURAYAT: The police here arrested on Wednesday two young Saudis on charges of stealing gold, jewelry and electric appliances from two houses in this northern town. According to police spokesman, Col. Daman bin Wanis Al-Daraan, the two men confessed to their crimes. He also said two other young men were caught after stealing 30 heads of sheep and selling them for more than SR25,000. They stole a truck driven by a foreigner and took the sheep to faraway markets to sell them incognito.
