Passport Department to work during Eid

MAKKAH: Maj. Gen. Salim Al-Belaihed, director of the Passport Department, has urged the public not to approach passport offices during the Eid Al-Adha holidays except for emergency cases.

“Your cooperation in this regard is highly solicited in order to help passport officers extend their best possible services,” he said.

Al-Belaihed said work at the passport offices as well as at entry points including airports and seaports would continue as usual during the Eid holidays.

“We have instructed directors of passport offices in the Kingdom’s regions to be present in their offices in order to supervise work and carry out all works without delay,” he said.
