DAMMAM: A court in Al-Khafji sentenced a Bangladeshi driver who used to transport Saudi schoolteachers to 16 months jail and 450 lashes for blackmailing some of his passengers, Al-Madinah daily reported on Thursday.
The teachers complained to the local branch of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice that the driver took photos of them while they were traveling in the bus and then threatened to post the images online if they didn’t abide by his illicit demands.
