Four dead, four injured in collision

MAKKAH: Four people were killed in a vehicle that collided with a roadside concrete barrier on the Makkah-Lith expressway, according to a report in Saturday's Al-Madinah newspaper. One of the bodies was found with a dead child in its arms while the other six people were alive when Civil Defense responders arrived at the scene. Two people died on the way to a hospital in Makkah. The other four made it to Makkah's Al-Nur Hospital alive. Their condition was unknown.
